Business As Usual – Shipping Worldwide As Per Normal

Life is somewhat creeping back to normality – which I think everyone is glad of! Please continue to respect guidelines given and normal normal will be here soon!

Good Morning / Afternoon or Evening 

We are all certainly facing trying times however let it be known we will come through the other side of this stronger and far more appreciative of the things around us. We wanted to write a few words to connect a little with whoever may read this.

We are definitely being put through our paces and we as well as many many other families, households, people and businesses who will also be struggling too. Whilst we at Smart Candle love doing what we do – business is a secondary concern at this point in time, and so it should be also for all non-essential businesses. But we appreciate businesses also need to try and survive this tough period.

Due to the nature of clients we work with and the industry in which we focus being the commercial entity we are taking a hit, and we’re not going to lie, it definitely hurts.

We are operating a skeleton operation and are still processing as usual – however measures have been implemented to ensure a safe working environment is maintained.

Our staff are being looked after as of this moment – I am also reliably informed that some are tending to gardening and maintenance jobs around the home whilst also remote working – importantly if you contact them, they will get back to you ASAP.

However above all – are thoughts are primarily with our outstanding Key Workers – from NHS Staff to the Postman, Binmen, Checkout Staff, Newsagents, Pharmacies, Delivery Drivers – everyone doing their absolute best to maintain some normality in very abnormal times.

Focus on the present moment – enjoy the extended time spent with family where possible. Please please make sure you Stay At Home – Listen To Government Guidelines and Stay Safe! We wish you well.
