In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. You may return your items to us within 14 days from the date of purchase in an unused condition, in all original packaging. You will receive a full refund (less discount/promotion used and postage costs) or a replacement.
Smart Candle will not be liable for any return postage.
We however advise that you contact us as soon as possible with any concerns or issues. We will then be able to address this in a prompt and efficient manner.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Unfortunately as the law of averages works, there will be the very rare occurrence of a faulty or damaged item.
