Returning or Exchanging Goods

If you purchase any Smart Candle product you are also buying into the highest level of customer service with this. A combination of factors namely being, knowledge, courtesy and quality separate us from the rest.

In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. You may return your items to us within 14 days from the date of purchase in an unused condition, in all original packaging. You will receive a full refund (less discount/promotion used and postage costs) or a replacement.

Smart Candle are not liable for returns postage cost, unless otherwise agreed.

We however advise that you contact us as soon as possible with any concerns or issues. We will then be able to address this in a prompt and efficient manner.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Unfortunately as the law of averages works, there will be the very rare occurrence of a faulty or damaged item.
