Returning or Exchanging Goods
Here at Smart Candle we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with all our products. In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. You may return your items to us within 14 days from the date of purchase in an unused condition and its original packaging, for a full refund (minus discount / promotion used and postage costs) or replacement for a different product. Smart Candle will not be liable for any return postage.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
On the rare occasion that you receive your order, and it includes faulty or damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible so that we are able to either try to fix the problem over the phone, or arrange for the item to be checked over by our quality control team. Please see our 12 Month Guarantee for more information.
If when you receive your order you notice that there are items missing or you have been sent the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we are able to investigate the issue for you. If the issue is a fault of ours we will then try to replace your missing items or arrange for a replacement.
How to Return or Exchange Your Goods
In order to return or exchange our order, please follow these steps:
Contact our UK office using one of the following methods:
Confirm your Name, Order Reference, the item reference of the item to be returned and the reason for returning.
Post the items to be returned/exchanged via registered post or courier to:

Upon receipt of the items in the above mentioned condition, we will refund or exchange your item/s for you.
Please note: For Smart Candles purchased from other retailers or web sales operations and NOT from Smart Candle directly, you should return them to the company you purchased them from.
