The prices quoted on our website are including VAT at the current rate, these prices are applicable for on line ordering only. All delivery charges where applicable are shown on the invoice as excluding VAT.

The products supplied by Smartcandle are all produced in our own facility, or via approved Smartcandle sub contractors, Smartcandle is a registered brand and consumers should make sure that when you purchase other candles from other websites that it is in fact a "Smartcandle" product you are purchasing.
All Smartcandles are produced to CE / UL standards, and all of the raw materials that we use are from approved vendors, to comply with the various standards around the World. Smartcandle ensures that the products have been independently tested by official test houses to comply with the regulations.

Smartcandle have an agreement with Maingate who are the authorised distributor for Smartcandle retail range to the independent market in the UK if you are interested in stocking Smartcandles in your retail store , then please contact us and we will arrange for Maingate to get in contact with you.
We aim to keep 100% stock availability in our UK warehouse, if for any reason that a certain Smartcandle , is not available we will either temporary remove it from the website or to make a comment against the product code.
Our Warehouse in Windsor UK , currently holds arround 1 million candles ex stock with shipments arriving in on a weekly basis, if for any reason when you have placed an order with us that we can not supply we will contact you immediately .
Once an order has been placed/ submitted with Smartcandle, it can only be canceled by contacting us via phone or e mail, if you are canceling an order it must be done as soon as possible as we aim to ship out orders on the same day that they are placed (excluding weekends) .
If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse then we reserve the right to accept the cancellation less the shipment costs , as once the order has left our warehouse then we will be charged by the delivery company for the shipment.
It is important that in these circumstances that if the shipment has already left our premises , that you refuse the delivery when the goods are being delivered , otherwise if the shipment is accepted then SmartCandle will not be responsible for the return shipment cost.
No credit / refund will be made until the goods are checked back in by our warehouse.

If you are a trade customer then you may qualify for a trade credit account with Smartcandle, we understand that some companies are not able to order on line or use a credit / debit card for payment. if this is the case then please contact us and we will confirm if your company is able to open facilities with us.
Any goods supplied on credit by Smartcandle (Powerline UK Ltd) remain the property of our company until they have been paid for in full. The credit account customer takes on the risk and responsibility for the goods upon signing for their delivery , but ownership until the invoice is paid for in full.
All approved credit accounts are set up on a strict 30 days payment , unless otherwise agreed with by Smartcandle . any accounts that are overdue will accept that any new orders will not be processed and failure to maintain the account will result in the facilities been withdrawn.
