For Online Purchases

We guarantee our products purchased online to perform as advertised or we will replace and/or refund the full purchase price if you are not satisfied. All guarantee claims must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase and these should be initiated by contacting us via the e-mail or phone numbers listed on our contact page.

For Wholesale Purchases

Smart Candle Wholesale Return Policy

Return Policy: All claims on damaged/defective products must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. We accept no returns on used product. Special orders are not returnable.

Prior Authorization Needed: Yes / No returns will be accepted after 30 days of authorization.

Restocking Fee: 15% for all returns

Condition: Returned damaged/defective products must be in their original packaging, well boxed for shipping and insured.
