These unique LED candles are made from real wax and have a realistic 'flame' which actually moves.The candles use patented , flame effect technology inspired by the candles used in the Haunted Mansion theme park attraction  The 4" diameter (10cm) candles are powered by two LR20 D Cell batteries (not included) and feature a timer switch option 5 Hours on, 19 Hours off, the run time is 500 Hours using "Alkaline batteries". For the 3" Diameter candles they use 2 x AA Batteries and provide a run time of 100 Hours
